November San Francisco In Class Training
Full Day Training for Certification: Tuesday November 3rd

Come join us in beautiful San Francisco for this one-day Microsoft Office Project training event. This full day training event will not only teach you to become more efficient, more confident, and more effective with Project 2007, but also prepare you for the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist exam.

To achieve strategic alignment, organizations are increasingly managing their activities and processes as projects—in essence, projectizing their business—to monitor performance more closely and make better business decisions about their overall work portfolio. By planning and tracking projects with clarity and precision, organizations can respond with greater agility to the demands of a fast-changing business environment.

This session will focus on best practices and “tips & tricks” to ensure that your project plan is well poised for the type of project you are managing and the results you are expecting.

We will discuss tips on scheduling projects (such as setting up key options and settings) and focus on building an optimized plan that will communicate a clear understanding of scope, time and resources/budget. Finally, tips will be provided on reporting project data in different formats and efficiently tracking and analyzing projects.

Whether you want to grow your Microsoft Office Project skills or want to prepare for the Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS) certification exam: Managing Projects with Microsoft Office Project 2007, we are making learning easier for you.
