Robert
Happy, PMP - Working in both private and public sector organizations
that span many industries, Robert Happy has consulted with hundreds of
organizations and thousands of employees establishing effective Project
Management practices. Robert’s mission is to optimize project management
by developing processes and systems that meet the unique requirements
for each organization. Robert has responsibility to build the consulting
and technology programs within the Project Management Practice (Project
Management Practice Inc.). Prior to joining Project Management Practice
Inc., he was founder and President of Project Consulting Group, Inc.
Before that, Robert was Executive Vice President for Time Line Solutions
Corporation, a Symantec Subsidiary specializing in automated project
management solutions, and Managing Partner for the Project Management
Center, a consulting organization specializing in Project Management.
Robert is also the author of “Implementing An Effective Project
Management Culture”. Robert graduated with a Bachelor of Business
Administration (BBA) from the University of New Brunswick on the Deans
List and attended Carleton University for Graduate Studies in Management
(MMS). He is an authorized Senior Level II Consultant with Franklin
Covey Corporation, has been a member of the Project Management Institute
for over 10 years, and is fluent with the application of the Project
Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Robert is also part of an elite
group, which is a Microsoft Project Premier Partner Certified
organization. Robert continues to work with organizations around the
world to implement successful project management solutions applying
proven and effective techniques. He is a shareholder/executive of the
Project Management Practice, a FranklinCovey alliance partner.
Keith Wilson, B. Com, MBA - Keith’s background includes 23 years of
successful management and consulting experience, with a focus that
includes project management, training, marketing, strategic alliances,
and business planning across many industries. In addition to a Diploma
in Business Administration, he has a Bachelor of Commerce with honors, a
Masters in Business Administration, and is a certified trainer in
Franklin Covey Project Management, We Sell with the Best (IBM Xerox
Sales Methodology), and Oracle. He teaches e-business project management
at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (College). Well known
for his public speaking enthusiasm, Keith has been a welcome facilitator
at numerous Fortune 500 companies, universities, and associations
throughout North America and Japan. He has managed complex,
multi-million dollar projects and provided in-depth business analysis to
many different industries, ranging from high technology to retail. Keith
was the VP of marketing for Symantec and was a member of the management
team that purchased Time Line Solutions Corporation (project management
software) from Symantec. His entrepreneurial background is vast, opening
his first consulting company in 1988 and winning the best computer
product at the 1989 Ottawa Business Show for a contact management
application he designed. He formed a partnership and started the Project
Management Center in 1990 to offer project management training and
consulting. Currently, he is a shareholder/executive of the Project
Management Practice, a FranklinCovey alliance partner, and specializes
in project management consulting and training.
James Bulmer, MCP- James has 15 years of experience in the microcomputer
field and over 25 years of experience in the computer/communications
industry. As a consultant, he has assisted a wide variety of
organizations, ranging from law enforcement, to pharmaceutical. He has
participated in the definition, development, and implementation of a
wide variety of enterprise-wide project management solutions. James
developed the “Microsoft Project 2002: Technical Readiness” workshop for
Microsoft Corporation’s Productivity Products Division. He facilitated
this workshop more than 15 times in the U.S., Australia, and Hong Kong.
He also authored the Enterprise Resource chapter of the “Microsoft
Office Project Server 2003 Enterprise Configuration Guide” online book.
James was the developer and presenter of the Project Manager and System
Developer/Integrator portions of Microsoft’s “Deploying the Microsoft
Solution for Enterprise Project Management” DVD. He was also the
developer and presenter of the Microsoft DVD entitled “Microsoft Office
System: Partner Opportunity”. James has a Bachelor of Commerce degree
from Concordia University in Montreal.
David
Blair, MCP - David has been involved at every level of design,
development, quality assurance, documentation, and support, of project
management software products for over 16 years. He has been project and
product manager for products on a wide variety of platforms and
technologies, from full-featured Windows based programs, to Enterprise
level Client/Server solutions, and Web-Based products. David has held
positions as VP of Products at Time Line Solutions Corporation and
Senior Project Manager at Symantec Corporation. David co-wrote the Time
Line User’s Guide, winning the national SCRIPT award of excellence. As a
Senior Associate of Project Consulting Group, David authored User Guides
and training materials for Microsoft Project server products and has
consulted on implementation strategies in many organizations. Working as
a lead consultant, David has provided practical administrative and end
user training for tools that support effective enterprise project
management processes, utilizing Microsoft Project Server 2002 and 2003
for a variety of organizations around the world. Most recently, David
was a member of the team that developed the Microsoft Planning,
Implementing, and Managing Enterprise Project Management Solutions
examination. This examination will be a new elective in the Microsoft
Certified System Engineer (MSCE) curriculum.
Sean
Creaghan - With over 14 years of experience in the Information
Technology and Project Management fields, Sean specializes in business
development, consulting, and relationship building. By building
strategic relationships and executing revenue generating programs, Sean
has contributed to the success of numerous start-up organizations and
brought value to many fortune 1000 organizations. Prior to joining the
Project Management Practice (Project Management Practice Inc.), Sean
worked with FranklinCovey, leading the project management sales support
team. He was also a business development manager for the Project
Consulting Group and Director of Projects with GRIFFIN computer training
and consulting. Sean leads the business development efforts for Project
Management Practice Inc.. As a “FranklinCovey Alliance” company, Project
Management Practice Inc. develops Microsoft Project training programs
under FranklinCovey’s “Microsoft Premier Training Partner” banner. Sean
led a team that successfully developed and delivered hands-on training
and live web casts as part of the Microsoft Office System 2003
multi-million dollar US partner readiness program. Sean holds a degree
in Social Sciences from Dawson College in Montreal and is certified to
teach FranklinCovey project management courses. Sean is constantly
expanding his knowledge of solutions selling, project management, and
general information technology.
